Very comfortable beds (especially the pillows), air conditioning working great, absolutely amazing view from the window (in room on the 5th floor). Very good bus connection to the train station. All attractions are within the walking distance, but in rather calm neighborhood, so it's peaceful and quiet at night. Additionally there's lovely local cafe very close to the hotel in which you can have great coffee and fresh, Italian pastries very cheaply- we went there for breakfast every day.

The terrace had a spectacular view matching the posted photos. As for the location, it was not really far from the center (around 20 mins on foot) and the area itself felt safe. The place was easy to find and quite noticeable. I didn't have any issues during my stay and enjoyed it in general

The location of the hotel couldn’t be beat—it was at the far East end of the city, and the furthest away we had to walk was the SM Novella train station (about 30 minutes from door-to-door). The staff was very friendly and helpful, aside from a minor confusion about early check-in.
